Every job done through OGAH MECHANIC comes with a 7-day workmanship guarantee. If the same issue returns within 7 days, we send a mechanic back at no extra labour cost. Parts warranties depend on the parts supplier.
If a job is cancelled before the mechanic arrives, you get a full refund. If there's a dispute after work is done, our resolution team reviews and can issue partial or full refunds within 48 hours. All payments are held in escrow until you confirm satisfaction.
