For non-emergency repairs, schedule jobs during daylight hours when visibility and foot traffic are highest.

Verify badge and PIN
Always check your mechanic's photo ID badge matches their profile. Never share your job PIN until they arrive.
Keep everything in-app
All chats, payments, and interactions should stay within the OGAH app. Never move to WhatsApp or cash.
Share your session
Tap 'Share Live Session' to send a real-time tracking link to a trusted contact before the mechanic arrives.
Report anything suspicious

No off-app payments
Any mechanic asking for cash, transfer, or off-app payment violates our terms. Report them instantly and we'll take action within 1 hour.
Anti-scam protection
We never ask for your bank details, OTP, or ATM PIN. Mechanics cannot request advance payments. All charges are transparent and shown upfront.
Data privacy
Your personal data, location history, and payment info are encrypted end-to-end. We never sell your data to third parties. Period.
Important: OGAH will never call you to request your password, OTP, or bank details. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from OGAH asking for payment outside the app, report them immediately.
Safety questions answered
Report them immediately using the in-app report button. Requesting off-app payment is a violation of our terms. We will investigate within 1 hour and permanently ban offenders. You will receive a full refund for any off-app payment.
Tap the red SOS button at any time during a live job. It immediately alerts our safety team, shares your GPS coordinates, and optionally notifies your emergency contacts. Our team responds within 60 seconds.
Yes. Once matched, you see their full profile: verified photo, real name, ratings, specialties, number of completed jobs, and vehicle details. You can cancel for free if anything seems off.
You can pause the job, contact support, or trigger emergency assist. Our dispute resolution team reviews every case within 24 hours with access to full job logs, GPS data, and chat records.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use bank-grade encryption for payment data. Your location is only shared during active jobs and is never sold to third parties.
We recommend daylight repairs for non-emergencies. For night-time requests, we prioritize mechanics with the highest safety ratings and enable enhanced tracking features automatically.
